I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic for their immigration medical exam. Due to the clinic's failure to properly document my husband's vaccinations, he received a USCIS Request for Evidence (RFE), creating unnecessary stress and delays in his immigration process. When we contacted the clinic for assistance and copies of his medical records, the front desk repeatedly gave conflicting information, claimed records could only be picked up in person, and repeatedly responded with, "Well, I can't help you." Staff were dismissive, rude, and attempted to end multiple calls while we were simply requesting records and answers. Only after I mentioned contacting their compliance department regarding the refusal to provide medical records did the clinic suddenly email the records without any apology. The next day, the immigration doctor called and admitted that my husband's vaccinations had not been documented correctly. Despite an error that could have seriously impacted his immigration case, the only resolution offered was a partial refund. I have been seeing Dr. Dragonu for a while now and I've always had a wonderful experiencie! I never have to wait long to be seen, and she's always been so understanding and has treated me amazingly. I'm so happy she's my primary care doctor!

I was seeing Dr Dragonu at first under a different insurance plan. When my new insurance kicked in I saw her name on the list as a provider taking new patients. So I called for an appointment, I missed my appointment so when I called back to reschedule the front desk person told me that my old insurance was no longer active. I said to her I have new insurance. When she ran my new insurance she said we dont take that insurance. I said to her she on the list and I have a cash card that goes with my insurance card. Still I got no appointment. She is ok as a doctor, her appearance is unkept though. She's not someone I would go to with serious health issues. She should be happy to get all the business she can.

I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic. When I arrived for my appointment, I was refused service without a clear explanation. The way the staff spoke to me made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. As a Black patient, I left feeling that I was not treated fairly or equally. The doctor, who spoke with a European accent, possibly from Ukraine, explained that the staff had scheduled the appointment by mistake and that they shouldn’t have scheduled appointments for me and my children. She told me I need to seek care elsewhere. No one should ever feel dismissed when seeking medical care. I hope the clinic reflects on how they treat patients and ensures that everyone is shown respect and receives effective care, regardless of race. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this clinic.
